These are some of the most commonly asked questions

How do I order?

You may email us through our website or call us and we will be happy to work with you to reserve your BIN. Payments accepted for email or phone reservations are email money transfer, cheque or cash.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by e-transfer, cheque or cash. Our service requires that you pay before pick-up. If not additional day rate will be charged.

What is included in your BIN rental fee?

Our prices are all inclusive, they cover delivery, rental, pick up and all disposal fees. There is no hidden weight, administrative fees.

How soon do I have to call to reserve a BIN?

It is always best to order your BIN at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure that one is available. So if you’re planning a project reserve your BIN today.

Do I have to be home when they deliver BIN?

No. We ask that you provide us with detailed instructions on where you would like the BIN placed. If your instructions need clarification we will call you before we deliver your BIN . From there we will take care of the rest. For precautionary purposes, in order to protect our customer’s property, we take a picture of each and every BIN that we drop at customer’s jobsites before our driver leaves the location. This is done to ensure that ours and the customer’s property remain unharmed during the rental period.

Will the BIN damage my property?

Our containers have rolling wheels on the bottom of the BIN to assist rolling the BIN into place. For your peace of mind, we place a solid wood underneath the BIN rollers to do our best to avoid damage.

Can I place BIN on my lawn?

Yes. However we do recommend placing the BIN on solid wood as the weight of the container can sink into the ground and will also kill your grass.

What items are banned from the BIN ?

There are specific waste products you cannot discard in BINS due to environmental regulations. Some of the banned items are paint, batteries, gasoline canisters, computers, car parts, greasy food waste and fridges. Just contact us, and we will provide you with advice on disposal on any of these materials. Also as of April 1st 2024 drywall is considered semi restricted and can only be dumped construction. If drywall is mixed in with garbage additional handling fees will apply.

What can I throw in the BIN ?

Some materials can be extremely heavy, not only is it hard on our equipment but it may also be over the legal weight limit to transport on the roadways. These materials while acceptable in our BINS, have limits on the amount that can be placed inside the BIN. We can provide you with advice on weight limits on any of these materials:

How much can I throw in the BIN ?

1.5 TONNES. Our BIN s can be filled to the top of the walls as long as nothing is sticking out and everything is packed inside the BIN . Having contents hanging over the sides and overflowing will cause issues for our staff, not only safely picking up the container but also ensuring that the contents remain in the BIN during transportation. Since there are weight restrictions on heavy materials email us and we will be glad to help.

Can I move the BIN ?

No. Customers must not use equipment/vehicles to try to move the BIN. Any damage to the BIN or driveway will be the responsibility of the customer in these instances. If the BIN is moved by a customer, the driver may not be able to pick up the BIN if its position has been altered.

is the bin picked up automatically or do I call?

This can vary but if a pre-arranged pick up time has been arranged we will be by at that time. You can contact us to request an early pick up or additional dumps if needed.
